Super Summer Adventures
Super Summer Adventures a therapeutically based Summer Day Camp for children with:
* High functioning autism (HFA), Asperger's Syndrome, ADD, ADHD,
Learning Disabilities and other related disorders.
•Located in Glendale - Program: Monday - Friday 8:30-12:30*
*Extended hours may be available based on enrollment & on a private pay basis (HAB/RSP services available)
•Highly structured functional activities are designed and implemented by certified recreational therapists (CTRS). Activities are designed to meet physical, social, and communication goals. Fun and adventure, along with learning around every corner!
•Designed for children ages 3-14
(3 separate groups 3-5 years, 6-11 years, 12-14 years)•Incorporates exercise, social skills groups, movement education, special activities in horticulture, science, art, aquatics, horseback riding, computers and community outings.

EXTENDED CARE
The Center will be open for Habilitation and Respite services over the 3 week break before ESY & session 1 starts and the 2 weeks after ESY for those not enrolled in session 3 of SSA before the new school year starts. This is a great opportunity for the individuals to work towards achieving community participation and socal interaction with peers. There will be scheduled trips to the bowling alley, mall, park and the movies. Those individuals that need a little more structured routine will be participating in several stations around the Centers campus that include activities in the game room, computer area, field sports, arts & crafts and the Therapy Gym.
